Platform for contractor records and document workflow
A platform for tracking contractors, contracts and documents, with e-document exchange via Kontur.Diadoc

Project at a glance
Quantum Dev needed to bring scattered workflows into one system with role-based access. Employees had to switch between separate services and spreadsheets, and the order of steps was not obvious. The goal was to automate preparation for the month-end close: the head of the studio should get a ready-made summary for reviewing and approving documents. For employees, the goal was to gather monthly operations in one place and replace separate instructions with hints in the interface.
- Records of contractors, contracts, tasks, receipts and documents
- Authorization with access rights checks
- E-document exchange via Kontur.Diadoc
- Document storage on Yandex Disk
- Bring workflows into one system with role-based access
- Automatically prepare a monthly summary for the studio head to review
- Stop keeping parallel Google Sheets

The studio’s records and document workflow
We built an internal CRM/ERP for tracking contractors, contracts, tasks, receipts and documents. The platform became part of Quantum Dev’s existing document workflow.
Authorization checks access rights, and what users can do with data depends on their role.
E-document exchange and storage
We connected Kontur.Diadoc, an e-document exchange (EDI) service: the integration covers sending documents, receiving events and notifications. The documents themselves are stored on Yandex Disk, and information about them in the platform’s database.
To onboard a contractor, we wrote a script that creates a contract from a template and sends an invitation to join e-document exchange.

What users need
Job to be done — from situation to outcome
I run the studio’s monthly operations across separate systems and spreadsheets. I have to switch between them and figure out where to do each next step.
I want to work in one place and prepare the month-end close without manually pulling data together from scattered sources.
I have one shared system for contractor and document records, connected to the studio’s e-document exchange.
