Consent to the processing of personal data

The terms on which we process the data you send through the site’s contact form: what we collect, why, who we pass it to, how long we keep it and how to withdraw your consent.

By ticking the “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” box in the contact form on the website https://quantumdevteam.com and submitting the form, I freely and in my own interest give my informed consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Who processes the data

Quantum Dev, the team behind https://quantumdevteam.com (the “Operator”). Contact: hello@quantumdevteam.com.

2. What data is processed

— name;

— email address, phone number or messenger username — depending on what I provide for contact;

— the text of my request and comment;

— ad campaign tags (UTM tags) and visit data: the landing page and the page from which the form was submitted, and the IP address from which the form was submitted.

3. Purposes of processing

— to respond to my request and contact me by the method I have chosen;

— to estimate the cost and timeline of the work;

— to prepare and send me a commercial proposal;

— to find out which ad or page the request came from — this is what the ad campaign tags and visit data are needed for.

4. Who the data is shared with

The data is passed only to the tools the Operator’s team works in: the Bitrix24 CRM, where requests are tracked, and team messengers. It is not sold and is not made public.

5. Validity period of the consent

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, but for no longer than 3 years from the date the form is submitted. After that, the data is deleted.

6. How to withdraw consent

The consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to hello@quantumdevteam.com marked “Withdrawal of consent”. The Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 10 business days of receiving the withdrawal.

7. Other provisions

How the Operator handles and protects personal data, and what rights I have, is described in the Privacy Policy: quantumdevteam.com/policy.
